Effective April 1, 2009 the Lincoln Electric System (LES)
has placed its transmission system under the
Standards of Conduct
Southwest Power Pool(SPP) regional Tariff.
All requests for new transmission service or
interconnection to transmission facilities
owned by LES should be conducted through the SPP
